We do not offer pick up service at this time.
Little Green Mojo is a Same Day Flower and Gift Delivery Service:

We offer Same Day Delivery to over 180 Melbourne suburbs! Please ensure that we deliver to your suburb before placing the order. If you are not within our listed suburbs, you will receive a full refund if we are unable to complete your order.
- This only applies to selected products range. Please read description before ordering to avoid any disappointments.
*Delivery is any time between 8am to 8pm on weekdays and weekends. We do not operate on Sundays. We are unable to cater to specific delivery time requests. Delivery will be left in a safe place or by the front door if unattended.
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE POLICY

Fresh Floral & Dried Floral Orders :

We require min. 48 hours notice in order to accept any order cancellation or reschedule.

For Custom Orders, we require a non-refundable 20% security deposit. Any cancellation will result in forfeit of the deposit.

The florist may cancel your order at any time due to insufficient delivery details provided as well as during any urgent matters (covid, loss of loved one etc.) that requires the closure of the shop. We will do our best to organise another option or a refund ASAP.
RETURN OR REFUND POLICY
As both fresh and dried flowers are fragile & perishable, we do not accept returns or refunds once order has been delivered. Our everlasting dried florals are expected to last at least a year if kept in the right conditions i.e. non-humid, away from direct sunlight. Some fraying of flowers is may occur during the delivery process and over time.
We however want to ensure we provide the best to our valued customers. Should you encounter any problems with our florals, please contact us within 24 hours to give us a chance to help resolve the issue. Contacting us after 24 hours of accepting the delivery may result in difficulty resolving the problem.
